Peter Koh, a Vancouver based barrister & solicitor of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, practises under the name and style of Peter Koh Law Corporation. Mr Koh has appeared as counsel in the BC Supreme Court, Federal Courts of Canada, High Courts of Singapore and also before securities regulatory tribunals and commercial arbitral cases in Vancouver, England and Singapore. He is also called to the bars in both Singapore and England & Wales. He is currently a visiting professor at 8 Chinese universities and introduced English Company Law including Mergers & Acquisitions in Renmin University and the China University of Law and Political Science. |
