Established in 1984 in Singapore, SGP Associates provides a spectrum of building development services including master planning, architectural and engineering design and consultancy, landscape design as well as interior design. We also provide consultation service in the area of the land & real estate investment including project feasibility study and land acquisition for development.
After more than 20 years of endeavor, SGP has built a team comprising professionals with vast experiences in their respective fields and carries out business in various S.E. Asia nations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Starting from year 2002, SGP has its first footprint in Shanghai by establishing partnership & collaboration with Shanghai City Architectural Design Co. Ltd. Over the past 3 years, supported by our dedicated team of architects and engineers in Shanghai and oversea, SGP delivered several significant projects in master planning, architectural design, landscape, and interior design.
Jimmy Zhou Hong, a graduate of Tongji University in Shanghai and a MSc in Building Science from the National University of Singapore , is the Chief Representative of the firm.
